Shipping & fulfillment policy
At Iteable, we work with trusted supplier partners whose distribution centers are located throughout the United States, so we can bring you a wide selection of quality products at competitive prices. To keep delivery fast and reliable, your order ships directly from the distribution center closest to you.

What does this mean for you?

  • Your package may arrive in supplier packaging rather than Iteable-branded packaging.
  • Your order is placed, processed, and supported entirely through Iteable — we're here to help with any questions, issues, or returns.

Why do we do this?
By shipping directly from our supplier network, we:

  • Offer access to a wide range of curated products without holding all inventory ourselves.
  • Minimize shipping delays by fulfilling from the distribution center nearest you.
  • Keep prices competitive while maintaining quality.

How long will my order take?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-7 business days within the continental United States.

A note on phone numbers at checkout
A phone number is required at checkout in case we need to reach you regarding LTL/White Glove delivery for larger items (such as sofas, benches, or outdoor furniture) and any packages that require a signature.

Where do you ship from?
Our supplier network operates multiple distribution centers throughout the United States, so your order ships from whichever location gets it to you fastest.

Do I need to be home to sign for my package?
Standard parcel orders via FedEx, UPS, and USPS are usually delivered without a signature. In some cases, a carrier may require one — if so, you'll see that noted on the tracking details for your shipment. LTL/White Glove deliveries always require a scheduled date and signature.

How are LTL shipments scheduled?
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with the carrier name. A few days before the expected delivery, the carrier will call to schedule an appointment — pick a day and time that works for you.
